1. Toothpaste, the paste and not the gel one when left overnight in your acne can reduce the redness and swelling of it.

2. You can try to pat a cotton ball soaked in lemon juice and apply it on affected area.

3. If there is no lemon available in your house, you can also try apple vinegar cider.

4. Some antibiotics are available in the market that can reduce the redness of your acne. Just be sure that it is a well known brand to satisfy your need and won’t harm your skin.

5. You can try some ice. If your concern is to reduce the redness, pat the ice on your acne for two minutes every half hour. You can notice an immediate result about the redness. But be sure that you will use a very clean cloth in doing this to avoid irritation and the formation of bacteria on your face which can worsen the condition.

6. Never pop or squeeze your pimple.

7. Wash your face twice or thrice a day. It is very necessary that your face is free form dead skin and bacteria that are the main factors of acnes.

8. Another resort that you can have is rubbing fresh garlic in it. This is really effective and very cheap.

9. Sleep early and be happy. Stress makes the acne even worse.
